This Privacy Policy explains how FixMyTalent collects, uses, shares, protects, and retains information when you visit FixMyTalent.com, submit audio, purchase a service, or contact us. It is intended to be understandable and accurate, not a promise that any system can provide absolute security.

Information we collect

We collect information you choose to provide, including your name, email address, selected service, uploaded MP3, and optional station, market, production-focus, or coaching notes. We also maintain order records such as service, price, payment status, customer-facing order number, and Stripe transaction references.

If you contact us, we may retain the message and related contact information. Our website and hosting systems may automatically receive basic technical data such as IP address, browser or device information, requested pages, timestamps, security logs, cookies, and similar diagnostic information.

How we use information

• To validate your upload and create a Stripe-hosted checkout session.
• To verify payment, review your audio, prepare your personalized written coaching, and deliver the report.
• To send order confirmations, service messages, and customer-support replies.
• To prevent fraud or misuse, troubleshoot the website, maintain records, and comply with legal obligations.
• To understand basic website performance and usage when analytics are enabled.

Audio submissions

Submitted audio is used to provide the service you ordered and related support. It is not posted publicly or used as advertising without separate permission. Audio is stored outside the ordinary public media library in a restricted server location. Access is limited to authorized people who need it to deliver or administer the service.

The website uses HTTPS for transmission and applies technical and administrative safeguards appropriate to the service. No online storage or transmission method is completely secure, so FixMyTalent cannot guarantee absolute security.

Payments through Stripe

Payment is completed on Stripe’s hosted Checkout page. Stripe collects and processes payment-card information under its own privacy and security practices. FixMyTalent receives transaction status, identifiers, and limited order information needed to confirm the purchase, but does not receive or store full payment-card numbers in WordPress.

Email delivery

FixMyTalent uses its Microsoft 365 business email system to send confirmation, support, and report-delivery messages. Email delivery necessarily involves Microsoft and the recipient’s email provider. Standard email is not guaranteed to be confidential in every circumstance; please do not email sensitive information that is unnecessary for your order.

Service providers and disclosures

Information may be processed by service providers that support the website and the requested service, including the web host and backup provider, Stripe, Microsoft 365, and limited technical contractors. We provide only information reasonably needed for their role. We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect customers or the business, investigate fraud or security incidents, or complete a business transfer subject to appropriate protections.

Audio retention

Backup copies are not used for routine coaching after the active copy is deleted. Non-audio order records may be retained longer when reasonably necessary for payment, accounting, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, and customer service.

Cookies and analytics

The site may use cookies or similar technologies that are necessary for security, administration, preferences, and reliable operation. Hosting or analytics tools may provide aggregated or limited usage information such as page visits, device type, and referral source. Browser settings may allow you to block or delete cookies, although doing so can affect site functions.

Your choices and privacy requests

You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information associated with your order. Some information may need to be retained for legitimate business, tax, payment, security, or legal reasons. Rights vary by location, and FixMyTalent will handle verified requests as required by applicable law.
