These Terms govern purchases from FixMyTalent.com. FixMyTalent is a public-facing brand operated by an individual sole proprietor in Texas. References to “FixMyTalent,” “we,” “us,” or “our” mean that sole proprietor. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

Services and prices

• Quick Aircheck — $49: personalized written coaching for one MP3 up to 3 minutes.
• Extended Aircheck — $99: the same report structure and coaching quality for one MP3 up to 8 minutes.
• Production & Imaging Review — $29: personalized written feedback for one piece up to 60 seconds, focused on the selected area: Voiceover, Writing, Production, or Complete Finished Piece.

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless the checkout page states otherwise. No subscription is created.

Ordering and turnaround

An order is ready for review only after FixMyTalent receives a valid MP3 that meets the selected service’s duration and file requirements and Stripe confirms successful payment. Personalized written coaching is ordinarily delivered by email within 72 hours after both conditions are met. If a submission is missing, unreadable, over the service limit, or otherwise invalid, the 72-hour period begins after a valid replacement is received.

Delivery times are service commitments rather than guarantees against events outside reasonable control, such as provider outages, incorrect customer email addresses, or circumstances requiring customer clarification. If a delay occurs, FixMyTalent will make reasonable efforts to communicate and complete the service promptly.

Your audio and responsibilities

You represent that you own the submitted audio or have permission to submit it for private review, and that the submission does not unlawfully violate another person’s copyright, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or other rights. Do not submit material you are not authorized to share.

You retain ownership of your submitted audio. You grant FixMyTalent a limited, nonexclusive right to store, access, reproduce internally, and evaluate it only as reasonably necessary to provide the purchased service, support the order, maintain security and backups, or comply with law.

Written coaching and intellectual property

The report is personalized educational coaching and reflects professional judgment and opinion. Results depend on many factors; FixMyTalent does not guarantee ratings, employment, audience growth, revenue, or any particular outcome.

You may use your delivered report for your own professional development and may share it privately with your employer, program director, agent, or collaborators. FixMyTalent retains ownership of its report structure, templates, branding, coaching methods, and general know-how. Neither party receives ownership of the other’s pre-existing intellectual property.

Delivery and support

Reports and order messages are delivered to the email address supplied at checkout. You are responsible for providing an accurate address and reviewing spam or junk folders. Contact support@fixmytalent.com if expected delivery has not arrived.

Privacy and audio retention

Information is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. Your audio is deleted from active storage 30 days after delivery of your report. Protected backup copies may remain until their normal retention period expires.

Cancellations and refunds

All purchases are final and nonrefundable except where required by applicable law. If you are charged more than once for the same order, contact us so the duplicate charge can be corrected. If FixMyTalent is unable to deliver the purchased service, we will provide an appropriate correction, replacement, or refund.

Acceptable use and refusal of service

FixMyTalent may reject unlawful, abusive, technically unsafe, or unauthorized submissions. If the service is refused before coaching begins for reasons not caused by customer misconduct, payment will be refunded.

Reasonable limitations

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without guarantees beyond the express commitments in these Terms. FixMyTalent is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of coaching advice. Any direct liability relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for that order, except where applicable law does not allow that limitation.

Changes and governing terms

Changes apply prospectively from the posted effective date. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
